By using this website or placing an order with Naya's Vanities, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Orders

Orders may be placed through the website, WhatsApp or any approved contact channel. An order is considered received after the customer provides the correct product details, contact information and delivery information.

• Please check product details before submitting your order.
• Product availability may change, especially for fast-moving items.
• We may contact you to confirm your order before processing.

3. Payments

Payment options may include Mobile Money, bank transfer, cash on delivery or any other option approved by Naya's Vanities. Some orders may require payment or part-payment before delivery or preparation.

4. Delivery

Delivery fees and delivery times depend on the customer's location, delivery method and order size. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be reachable when the order is being delivered.

• Wrong delivery details may delay the order.
• Customers should answer calls or WhatsApp messages from delivery personnel.
• Delivery time may be affected by traffic, weather or courier availability.

5. Build A Box Orders

Build A Box allows customers to select a gift box, choose available items and request additional items. Extra items that are not listed may require confirmation, sourcing time and extra payment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Customers should inspect orders once received. Returns or exchanges may only be accepted where the item is wrong, damaged or confirmed to have a serious issue. For hygiene and quality reasons, some beauty and personal items may not be returnable after delivery.

• Report issues as soon as possible after receiving the order.
• Items must be unused and in good condition where return is approved.
• Custom gift boxes may not be cancelled once preparation has started.

7. Product Images & Descriptions

We try to display products as accurately as possible. However, product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and device screen settings.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct personal information, order details and delivery details. Naya's Vanities will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
